This highly experienced pilot was doing fairly steep maneuvering turns over water. He pulled hard on a brake to initiate a turn and the wing spun. He fell approximately 100 feet with the spinning wing slowing the fall and landed in shallow water. With the help of friends he was able to extricate himself from the motor and recover the gear.
