Incident Details
June 26, 2007 Location of the incident: , Type of Incident:
I took off and got up to 1000ft. I let off the throttle and got back on it. Then it stalled. Landed at the airport. I started to adjust the carb. Started it a couple of times. The last time it went full throttle on me. I had my hand holding frame but it pushed on top of me. I felt the prop hit my left shoulder. Prop busted up and motor stalled. I was bleeding pretty good and no one was around. I drove myself to the hospital. Got stitched up. Learned a good lesson know where the nearest hospital is and carry emergency kit.
