Same as other pilots flying an old style Corsair Black Devil with the riveted, or 3 bolt flange mufflers, rivets or bolts break or shear, muffler rotates in flight and exhaust pipe turns towards the pilots harness, literally melting and burning the nylon harness before you can feel the heat in the ribcage. when you do, its to late, your on fire!
