On launch, the wing came up crooked and the pilot turned nearly 90 degrees in the effort to get under it. That caused him to be running crosswind and slightly downwind. An oscillation developed just before liftoff that appears aggravated by pilot input and he impacted the ground during the 2nd swing of the oscillation.
