I was approximatly 10 feet off the ground on final approach with the motor off. At this point, a sudden up draft followed by a sudden down draft brought me to the ground quicker then anticipated. I was able to flare however, forward and downward momentum was fast. I lifted my legs to prevent a face plant landing. I slid to a stop on the frame and my rear end. The physical damage was pride only. The force of the impact was strong enough to pull the top motor mount bolt through the frame. No other damage noted.
