I set up to launch with a forward inflation; just as forward run reached maximum speed, my foot slipped on a board concealed beneath the snow cover. My subsequent ground-roll damaged the prop, exhaust, frame and intake air box. Obvious lesson..inspect the “run-way” before you actually run.
