New pilot getting out of seat, pulled one arm out of harness and then fell back against the comfort bar slider pinching his arm so tightly that he could not get it free. Tools had to be used to remove the plastic pieces going around the slider – he was held for 30 minutes while friends went back to car to get tools! Try this with any sliding harness strap – too easy to catch your skin.
