Motor died during takeoff. The pilot was at the far edge of the field where terrain changed. Motor died and was unable to be restarted – e start did not work. The pilot was uncertain if you could return to the field -based on the necessary turn required and low altitude. In attempting to land, the Best option was attempted as the pilot was uncertain if he can safely return to the field without stalling the wing. Attempting to reach the next best option, Pilot made contact with a tree branch. The pilot fell approximately 50 feet land it on back. Machine and harness destroyed – pilot unharmed.
