Professional instructors don’t just get the job done; they get the job done well. They understand their strengths and weaknesses and they are effective at teaching students to fly.
Knowledge
Professional instructors know their stuff. They continually acquire knowledge and skills and look for ways to improve at what they do. They never stop learning!
Reliability
Professional instructors are dependable. They prioritize their students, and they consistently produce competent and safe students.
Integrity
Professional instructors are true to their word. They are honest with themselves and with their students.
Respect
Professional instructors respect themselves, their students, and others. They respect the regulations of the industry (Part 103). They respect the responsibility they’ve taken on to teach people how to fly.
