The demonstration-performance method can be applied to the telling-and-doing technique of flight instruction in three steps.
Instructor Tells / Instructor Does
Example (Tandem Flight): Instructor tells the student how to do a maneuver and then the instructor demonstrates the maneuver.
Student Tells / Instructor Does
