Effective instructors are not only knowledgeable about paramotoring and aviation, but they are also knowledgeable about teaching. Effective instructors also have a sincere interest in learning and professional growth.
Become a subject matter expert by doing the following:
- Stay up to date on industry trends and news.
- Read magazine articles (USPPA, XC Magazine, USHPA, etc).
- Watch YouTube videos and other online resources.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and fly-ins.
