Professional instructors know their stuff. They continually acquire knowledge and skills and look for ways to improve at what they do. They never stop learning!

Professional instructors are dependable. They prioritize their students, and they consistently produce competent and safe students.

Professional instructors are true to their word. They are honest with themselves and with their students.

Professional instructors respect themselves, their students, and others. They respect the regulations of the industry (Part 103). They respect the responsibility they’ve taken on to teach people how to fly.
