Learning plateaus
A learning curve is the rate at which a person gains experience or new skills. The PPG learning curve is steep, meaning we learn a lot in a short amount of time.
As we progress, skills become more complex; thus, the time required to access a higher level of skills increases significantly. The result is called a learning plateau. There are several learning plateaus on the path of mastering a skill.
Many PPG pilots reach this first plateau and mistakenly believe they have reached the peak. There is no peak! Only more plateaus. Keep going…
